Dear Government,
This is in reference to Anne Frank and the Jewish community and countless other communities.
Civilocity is a form of government where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign.
Civilocity is for the people so the people don't allow their country to attack a person because of their

I don’t see the pope being accountable though before the president of the united states is
accountable. I think the pope is more powerful than the president to be honest because of that fact.
They would allow people to die keeping civilocity quiet so they aren't found guilty of hacking into the

century alone. The government thinks they can take that file of me writing civilocity, an idea that
would have saved over 100 million people in the 20th century alone, and erase parts of my writing
from that file on my record while they are hacking without being held accountable.
So, if I defend myself I will be prosecuted against and if I don’t do anything I will be treated guilty. So,
there is nothing I can do not to be treated guilty or prosecuted against. So, today there is nothing I
can do not to be treated guilty or prosecuted against. Your giving me the only options of being
prosecuted against or being innocent and treated guilty. They say they are innocent I say they are
guilty they say im guilty so they can hack I say im innocent you cant hack. What is it innocent until
proven guilty or guilty until proven innocent?

I say is this person now affecting me unlawfully. They say no. I say I defended my right to be treated
lawfully and the prosecutor is prosecuting my right not to be treated lawfully.
I don't know if I need a prosecutor or a defendant yet.

I call the government and say I finally defended myself against someone who has been affecting me
unlawfully and it has been going on for years and now they cant affect me unlawfully. I reported the
unlawful behavior but they weren’t arrested and when I saw them I simply made sure they cant
affect me unlawfully again. I would like assistance now holding the wrest of the people accountable.
