Dear Government,
This is in reference to Anne Frank and the Jewish community and countless other communities.
Civilocity is a form of government where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign.
Civilocity is for the people so the people don't allow their country to attack a person because of their
ethnic background, religion, race, creed, gender, or sexual orientation which has happened
countless times in history, including today, resulting in millions of lives being lost.
The phonetic pronunciation of civilocity is civ-il-o-cit-y (siv'əl'ä'sit'ē). The definition of Civilocity is a
form of government where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign. The exact
definition of “Civilocity” is, ‘literally, behaving in the dwelling’. The meaning is derived from the Latin
term civilis (‘civil’), the Middle English term o (‘o‘), and the Medieval Latin term civitat (‘city’) in the
early part of the 21st century to improve the political systems existing in some American city-states,
notably Washington, DC. In writing this philosophy, my hope is to ensure that the ruler doesn’t usurp
the power of the country for themselves at the expense of the people.
I just imagine the products of civilocity compared to the products of democracy. Having a human
with law would be more intelligent than picking a human without. That's civilocity compared to
democracy. Which one is the better form of government? Civilocity, as a form of government, is
going to change the world.
I wonder if Anne Frank would have included civilocity in her second book if she had known what it is?
Well if she didn't she would allow what happened to her to happen to someone else. It is almost like
she wrote about the wrong thing. What civilocity is to you is a word what it is to her is a breath.

The american government or someone in the government froze my document when I typed 'abohut'
erasing part of what I was writing. The proof is on government record. This is the typical behavior of
the governments treatment of me and disregard for my right to be treated innocent lawfully while
they are hacking into my computer since before April of 2006. On June 23, 2010 the government
froze my document on my computer three times on the word contribution and once it was spelled
controibutions and once it was spelled contribvutions erasing part of what I was writing. On
September 3, 2010 the government froze my computer on the word hypervelocity erasing part of
what I was writing. On September 20, 2010 he government froze my computer again on the word
contribution erasing part of what I was writing from my document on my computer. I can't let the
government continue erasing part of what I was writing while they are hacking into a document I am
writing civilocity in. If the american government is not going to arrest the people involved in erasing
parts of what I have written, I will make sure someone hacking or has hacked can't do it again. The
government has been hacking while I have been typing. So not only did I report the crimes, I
reported them as the government was hacking and thats when the government receives them.
If I defend myself, the people wont find out if its legal for me to defend myself or not, the people will
find out if its legal for the president of the united states of america to break the law and hack into my
computer without my consent or not.
I want my writing back that the government froze which made me lose parts of it from my record. I
want my time back that I lost because of the governments negligence and obstruction. I reported
the crime of hacking. I have to try to stop this person and the people hacking from continuing to hack
which I already reported. Since I am innocent and the government already has the proof of who is
hacking I would also like to press charges against the president for obstructing arresting the hacker.
The President of the United States of America Barack Obama is one of the hackers as well as
numerous other people. I am innocent until proven guilty and nobody has a right to treat me guilty
and be unaccountable and the government has no right preventing me from being treated innocent
before I am found guilty.

holocaust survivor being asked, do you want to end the holocaust or not? Everyday you keep this
quiet its like being able to end the holocaust and not doing so. Do you want to end the holocaust or

Victimization or something similar to stockholm syndrome I might be experiencing towards the
hacker when it is someone I know or my doctor because what I am doing isn't stopping the unlawful
behavior. I reported that people are harming me unlawfully. If they are not arrested and I see one of
them I can make sure they don't harm me unlawfully and I will have to to prevent them from
continuing to hack into my computer and harming me unlawfully. So what can I do to prevent them
from hacking? So you think you can treat me guilty and unlawfully everyday? So do I think they can
treat me unlawfully everyday? So let me get this right there is nothing I can do to be treated lawfully
tomorrow and everyone on this file can tolerate me being treated unlawfully today. So if I defend
myself or attempt to you will take me away like you already have instead of arresting the hackers
before I have to defend myself.
A citizens arrest is an option. I already reported the crime. I tried a citizens arrest. Every time I send
this out it's a citizens arrest. Since the criminals are not arrested I have to make sure they can't
treat me unlawfully. I got to chase down the criminals and prevent them from harming me unlawfully
because the law enforcement isn’t chasing down the criminals to arrest them. How can they hack if
they can't arrest me?
So now I will be obstructing justice if I allow the criminal behavior to go on and I am a mental health
concern for attempting to stop it so now something needs to be done.

I don't know why you think I cant defend myself. Why do you want me to be treated guilty and

An interesting part I wrote, the fear of me being arrested and in prison for a day or forever because I
killed a hacker is a worse thought in my mind then natan getting killed by a hacker because it
happens to me. The fear of being in prison is worse then the fear of a hacker killing natan because it

hacker isn't arrested for hacking more then fearing being in prison is the person who will kill the
hacker. My fear isn't natan getting killed its me being in prison but the persons who fears being

The hospital is a very smart move sending doctors and workers in who are idiots so your not
accountable for hacking who collaborate in treating me guilty and unlawfully with or without knowing
it. It makes a very hard case for me to defend myself against someone who thinks they are doing

A hospital beats the system because it attempts to prove if I am a mental health concern or not it
doesn't prove if I am innocent or guilty or that they are innocent or guilty. I need to prove if I am
innocent or guilty so the hackers are accountable for hacking into my computer before one of the
people who isn't accountable for hacking kills natan. If I kill a hacker it will be so easy to prove my
innocence in court because a hacker killed natan who wasn't accountable for hacking. Why weren't
they arrested for hacking into my computer? If the hacker thinks I'm crazy for thinking they are

me thinking people are hacking into my computer and whether that is a mental health concern or not
and I kill a doctor their because they are collaborating and I think they are kidnapping me because
that person who I know is hacking is hacking and oppressing me then proving I defended myself

Your job cops lawyers hackers doctors judges prosecutors and defendants doesn't make any

I often think the full story would never emerge no matter what I do and I wont ever be treated lawfully

from emerging and people are fighting for that government and killing for that government and dieing
for that government.
Most of the soldiers just don’t know what they are fighting for, its like fighting for hitler fighting for
america. The soldiers are like we are fighting against them bombing berlin or new york. I say, "no,
your fighting for genocide to go on. The soldiers are fighting so your government can treat people
unlawfully."
Ok, I don't want to go to prison for defending myself. Don’t make me have to defend myself. You can
arrest all the people hacking and affecting me unlawfully. I have to do everything possible to prevent
them from continuing to harm me unlawfully. I can't be negligent for not doing everything possible to
hold them accountable.
I would hate it if I have to prevent the robbers from stealing more of my writing because you didn’t
arrest them after I reported the crime especially because the robbers already have entered and
been stealing my writing for over four years and a robber broke something while robbing me by
erasing part of my writing from my document. I would hate going to prison for even a second
because I made sure the person robbing me couldn't rob me because the government obstructed
arresting the robber. I am already seeking punitive damages and if you imprison me for defending
my property I will also press kidnapping charges.

I have been watched 24-7 and followed for four years and counting since I was 20 secretly on hidden
cameras, in private, while I have been on my computer, phone and much more. I have been watched

the king of Saudi Arabia, a list of celebrities, directors, producers, and if you don’t get the point of it
by now you might have to read the government file they have been keeping on me and not this letter.
Am I the only one exposing the hacking and trying to hold them accountable before one of the people
who isn’t accountable kills someone. The government has the proof of the hacking. If you cant

believe that I am innocent because she died. She died thinking she was innocent. Now, how do I

Since the government has the proof of my innocence before they take me away it is kidnapping not
false imprisonment. False imprisonment would mean the government doesn't have the proof of the

president arrested I say your wasting my time that's a form of oppression because your negligent

Are you going to put someone around me who isn't accountable for hacking into my computer or

have to do to defend myself so after five years I can finally be treated innocent and lawfully and have

The government has no choice except to prove I'm guilty of manslaughter when I defend myself

I am also pressing charges against the government of negligence of manslaughter if you charge me
for manslaughter when I defend myself because you didn't arrest the hacker. And I am currently
pressing charges of negligence of vehicular homicide against the government because you didn't

an fbi report on me having a list of people who are hacking and an fbi report on me identifying a

I wrote civilocity natan is dead because of one of the hackers you didn't arrest and the supreme
court is still hacking and not accountable. Someone charge the president with conspiracy to commit
manslaughter because he isn't arresting all the hackers and leaving me no choice and making more
and more people guilty of hacking for years on end. Now, if you don't arrest the hacker your a
conspirator in the conspiracy to commit manslaughter. Wanting everyone to be accountable and
trying to get people to defend me is completely normal and encouraged.
It's all the supreme court judges, all the senators, many government agents, and all the presidents
of America all caught hacking into my computer without my consent. Who is going to stop them or
arrest them or hold them accountable because nobody can treat me guilty and unlawfully and be
unaccountable. I reported the hacking now you all need to be arrested. The only benefit of waiting to
hold the hackers accountable is the hackers being free and not arrested or accountable for
hacking. They were unaccountable for hacking for so long it allowed natans killer to be free and
unaccountable for hacking for so long he had time to kill natan. That's it that's the only benefit of
waiting to arrest them allowing them to be free to kill a 13 year old. That is absurd they aren't
accountable for hacking today after one of them killed a 13 year old because the government waited
to hold the hackers accountable. They created a monster in me. I'm a wreck for having to defend a
child to hold them accountable for hacking before one of them kills a child because they weren't
arrested or accountable for hacking into my computer.
They do everything possible not to be accountable for hacking including letting a 13 year old get
killed by one of the hackers. I still think they are going to take me away though or leave me where I
am right now which is a result of them taking me away for trying to hold the hackers accountable
before one of the hackers killed a 13 year old named natan.
I can't even do this to get them protected against because admitting to murder is lieing to a federal
prosecuting officer and I would be defending myself not murdering someone: “The cop shows up the

I'm like I'm going to get this cop for unlawful restraint right now and I'm going for his buddies on
false imprisonment. It's not a lawyer I need its them prosecuted against. I have a guilty cop as a

suppose to get who to arrest the hacker. I'm going to get you to arrest me so I can arrest you in

there is no other way to get these cops arrested nobody is trying to.”

Obstruction and classified information. I say people are hacking into my computer to the
