Shades of Red
It was a beautiful color
Shades of red was all I saw
Dipping slowly beneath the ocean
As the sun drifted away from my call
Sinking so elegantly
Shades of red was all I saw
Filling the twilight sky
As the sunset began to fall
The ocean waves crashing down
Shades of red was all I saw
I couldn’t see the light at the end
Lost in a one way hall
Now the time was finally here
Shades of red was all I saw
Trying to stand up from the ground
I prevailed to one hundred feet tall
