told the person it was legal should be punished according to the
law.
The hacker shouldn’t be punished they were told it was legal.
The hacker should be punished according to the law they broke
the law but the person who told the hacker it was legal shouldn’t
be punished.
The hacker shouldn’t be punished they were told it was legal but
the person who told the hacker it was legal should take full
punishment for the incident according to the law.
Neither the hacker nor the person who told the hacker it was
legal to hack should be punished they are both above the law.
